Communication Skills: is the skill to simply transfer information from one place, person, or group to another.
Aloha! My teacher Ms. Jeanie teaches Algebra to my class. She had assigned a project to create a slideshow displaying three different types of properties. The slideshow had to include a slogan for the property, an explanation of what the property does, visuals, and at least 4 examples of the property in action. I chose this project because it showcases my ability to work with others. To talk and collaborate with my partner. I was graded 10/10 on this assignment. Working with my partner on this assignment helped me work on my Communication Skills. As we worked back and forth on what to do we came to a conclusion. I was able to communicate with a variety of different audiences, as for my partner, teacher, and parent all for different purposes, using oral, written, and nonverbal communication. This project demonstrates my current growth as a student at Kihei Charter. This challenged me to reach out to my teacher to get advice and help. This showcases my ability to communicate with others, whether that is a student, teacher, or adult. For me to improve upon this I would have to speak more clearly, be direct, and give all information as if they have never seen or learned about it before.
